Excursion Boating
The Piers creates attractive facilities to augment the excursion boating activities owned and operated by Hornblower on Pier 3.

Historic Ships & Ceremonial Berthing
The Port Walk is designed to accommodate the mooring of historic ships. The PortWalk can also be used for temporary and ceremonial berthing for large visiting yachts.

Recreational Boating
The new Port Walk in front of Pier 5 will soon be suitable for Med-mooring large and small recreational boats. In addition we have provided a large floating dock for free temporary berthing for guests in front of the Pier 1½ restaurant.

The Extended Fishing Pier
The new Port Walk provides an extension of the Pier 7 fishing Pier, presenting an opportunity for the public to fish or promenade while being protected from the wind by the Pier 5 bulkhead buildings. The PortWalk displays benches and street lamps in the same vernacular as the existing Pier 7.

Hornblower Maritime Activities
Hornblower will be utilizing Pier 3 for excursion boats, historic ships and maritime entertainment. Our project both accommodates and complements Hornblower's activities.
